During the intake session/s, in which Belinda gets to learn about reasons for bringing your young person to see her, we will discuss the ways in which progress will be communicated.

Though type and frequency of feedback will differ depending on the age of the child, the different modalities used in therapy and the presenting reasons for therapy, progress will be communicated frequently and clearly.

Belinda currently offers in-clinic appointments on a Thursday & Friday at Flourish Health in Highett.

Outreach appointments are currently at capacity, with no availability until 2026.

Telehealth appointments are also available.

Belinda is able to support both self-managed and plan-managed clients.

Due to recent changes in NDIS funding and allocated therapy supports, it’s important to check your individual plan to see if social work therapy is able to be claimed.

Belinda also accepts GP referrals under the Mental Health Care Plan scheme (rebated for up to 10 sessions per year).

Some private health insurers also cover costs delivered by Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, including Belinda! Specific coverage and benefits depend on the level of cover and individual policy types.

Standard 50 minute sessions begin at $220.

Intake sessions, which are 90 minutes in duration, and other services (such as advocacy, report/letter writing, etc.) are charged at a different rate.

NDIS sessions are charged according to fees scheduled via the NDIA.

Please feel free to get in touch to discuss further.
